Dr. Williams was raised in the great state of Utah and received his undergraduate degree in Biology from University of Utah in 2003. From 2004-2007, Dr. Williams joined the United States Peace Corps and was assigned to Guyana, South America, in the outskirts of the Amazon Basin. He was the head of the science department in a small, under-privileged secondary school where he was responsible for teaching STEM courses, renovating science laboratory facilities, obtaining a generator for the facility, and other necessary upgrades.

Following his service in the Peace Corps, Dr. Williams obtained his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2012. While in dental school, Dr. Williams was President of the Student Council, and Vice President, Communications of the American Student Dental Association.

Dr. Williams earned his Medical Degree in 2015 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2018. Dr. Williams earned the position of Chief Resident for the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery department at UNMC.

Dr. Williams joined Oregon Oral Surgeons in 2018 and is happy to be in the Pacific Northwest, where he can explore his love of rock climbing, bicycling, and hiking with his family.
