Dr. Hammon

Dr. Allender was raised in Springfield, Oregon and received his graduate degree from Oregon State University in 1982. He received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree with honors in 1986 from the Oregon Health Sciences University and then completed a one year hospital based residency at the University of California Los Angeles.

Dr. Allender began a four year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon in 1987. He completed his training in 1991 and began his private practice with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, P.C. that same year. His practice encompasses the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including, orthognathic, dental implants, TMJ disorders, facial trauma, oral pathology and dental alveolar. Dr. Allender is a Board Certified Surgeon and a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Allender is married to Laurel, a registered dietitian, and has two children. The Allenders enjoy all outdoor activities in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
